BUP313D General Description
The BUP313D is a silicon NPN epitaxial planar transistor. It has a maximum collector current of 5A and a collector-base voltage of 700V. The transistor is designed for high voltage, high-speed switching applications.The transistor comes in a TO-220F package which provides excellent thermal performance and allows for easy mounting on a PCB. It has a low saturation voltage of 1.5V which ensures efficient operation in switching circuits.The BUP313D has a high current gain (hFE) of minimum 8 at a collector current of 1A, which makes it suitable for driving loads in various electronic circuits. The transistor can operate over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, making it suitable for both industrial and automotive applications.
