The MPC565MZP56 is a microcontroller unit (MCU) developed by NXP Semiconductors. It is based on the Power Architecture technology and is designed for use in automotive and industrial applications. The MCU features a PowerPC 32-bit processor core running at a maximum frequency of 56 MHz. It also includes 32 KB of RAM and 2 MB of flash memory for program storage.The MPC565MZP56 offers a wide range of peripheral interfaces, including CAN, LIN, SPI, and I2C for communication, as well as timers, PWM channels, and analog-to-digital converters for system control and monitoring. It also supports external memory expansion through a parallel bus interface.
