UC3844D General Description
UC3844D is a current-mode PWM controller optimized for off-line and DC-to-DC converters. It features low start-up current (< 1 mA), automatic feedforward compensation, pulse-by-pulse current limiting, enhanced load-response characteristics, undervoltage lockout with hysteresis, double-pulse suppression, high-current totem-pole output, internally trimmed bandgap reference, and operation up to 500 kHz. The device is designed for switching regulators of any polarity and transformer-coupled DC-DC converters. It is specified for operation from 0°C to 70°C and is available in SOIC (8), SOIC (14), PDIP (8), and CFP (8) packages.
