TLE7263E General Description
The TLE7263E is a high-speed CAN transceiver IC designed for use in automotive applications. It is part of the TLE7263 series of CAN transceivers by Infineon Technologies. The TLE7263E features a high-speed data rate of up to 1 Mbps and is fully compliant with the CAN specification 2.0 A/B. This transceiver IC offers excellent electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance and has built-in protection features such as overvoltage and undervoltage protection, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit protection. It also has a wake-up capability that allows for low-power operations when the system is in standby mode.The TLE7263E is designed to operate in a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for use in harsh automotive environments. It has a supply voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V and a low standby current consumption of 25µA, making it ideal for use in battery-powered applications.
