The IRLR7843TRPBF is a power MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) designed for use in low voltage, high-speed switching applications. It is manufactured by Infineon Technologies and features a compact PowerPAK package with a low on-resistance of 3.3 milliohms at a 10V gate voltage.This N-channel MOSFET has a drain-source voltage rating of 30V and a continuous drain current rating of 140A, making it suitable for a wide range of power management applications. It also has a low gate charge of 15nC and a fast switching speed, allowing for efficient and reliable performance in high-frequency switching circuits.The IRLR7843TRPBF is designed for use in power supplies, motor controls, battery management systems, and other applications where high power density and efficiency are required.
