TPS54110PWP General Description
The TPS54110PWP is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with an input voltage range of 3.5V to 60V and an output voltage range of 0.8V to 24V. It has a 1.5A continuous output current with the ability to deliver up to 2.5A peak current for short durations. This converter features an adjustable frequency operation that allows for optimization of efficiency and size. It also has a high efficiency at light loads due to its pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode operation. The TPS54110PWP includes programmable soft start and undervoltage lockout functions for enhanced system reliability. It also has integrated thermal shutdown and overload protection features to prevent damage to the device under fault conditions.In terms of packaging, the TPS54110PWP comes in a 20-pin HTSSOP PowerPAD package for improved thermal performance.
