The MCP73812T-420I/OT is a linear charge management controller suitable for single-cell lithium-ion or lithium-polymer rechargeable battery packs. It is a high-performance device that integrates pass elements, current sensors, high-accuracy voltage regulation, and charge termination features. This controller offers a programmable charge current up to 420mA with thermal regulation and input voltage regulation from 4.5V to 6.5V.
