The TPS63710DRRR is a high efficiency, monolithic synchronous step-up converter with an input voltage range of 2V to 16V and an adjustable output voltage up to 18V. It is designed for applications where a compact and efficient power solution is required, such as portable devices, industrial sensors, and LED lighting.This device features a fixed frequency PWM controller with integrated N-channel power MOSFETs to provide high efficiency conversion while minimizing external component count. The TPS63710DRRR also includes overcurrent and thermal protection to ensure reliable operation under a variety of conditions.Other key features of the TPS63710DRRR include a low quiescent current of only 40µA, a switching frequency of up to 2MHz, and a small 3mm x 3mm QFN package.
