SIC462ED-T1-GE3 is a high-performance, low-profile, 60V N-channel power MOSFET with an integrated Schottky diode. It is designed for use in DC-DC converters, synchronous rectification, and other power management applications. This MOSFET features a low on-state resistance of 8.5 mΩ and a maximum continuous drain current of 57A, making it ideal for high-power applications.The SIC462ED-T1-GE3 is housed in a compact PowerPAK® SO-8 package, which offers excellent thermal performance and low profile for space-constrained applications.
