FPF1320UCX is a high-performance load switch designed specifically for portable device applications. It features an ultra-low on-resistance of 37mΩ, which allows for minimal power loss and efficient power delivery. The load switch has a wide operating voltage range of 1.4V to 5.5V, making it suitable for a variety of applications.Additionally, the FPF1320UCX has a fast turn-on time of 10μs and turn-off time of 8μs, ensuring quick response and reliable performance. It also has an enable pin for easy control of the switch, allowing for seamless integration into existing circuits.The load switch is housed in a compact 1.2mm x 1.6mm package, making it ideal for space-constrained designs.
