The NCP51530BDR2G is a fully integrated synchronous buck converter designed for high efficiency, low standby power, and minimal external components. It features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V, making it suitable for a variety of applications.This converter offers a fixed switching frequency of 500kHz and is capable of delivering up to 3A of continuous output current. It also has a built-in power MOSFETs for high efficiency and integrated boot diode for reduced component count.The NCP51530BDR2G includes a comprehensive set of protection features, such as overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, and undervoltage lockout.
