AON7518 General Description

The AON7518 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) in a DFN 3x3 package. It is designed for use in low voltage, high-speed switching applications, such as power management in portable devices and DC-DC converters.The AON7518 has a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V, a continuous drain current of 9.5A, and a low on-resistance of 8.9mΩ at a 10V gate-source voltage. It has a threshold voltage range of 1.1V to 2.1V and a gate charge of 18nC. The FET is capable of operating at high frequencies, with a total gate charge of 18nC and a low gate-source charge of 4.4nC.This dual FET is designed to improve power efficiency and minimize power losses in applications where space and power are limited. The AON7518 is RoHS compliant, making it environmentally friendly and suitable for a wide range of applications.
