The MBRS20H200CT is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for high voltage, high current applications. It has a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200 volts and a continuous forward current rating of 20 amps. This rectifier diode features a low forward voltage drop of 0.75 volts at 10 amps, which reduces power loss and increases efficiency in power supply and rectification circuits. It has a fast switching speed of 20 nanoseconds, allowing for quick and precise switching in high-frequency applications.The MBRS20H200CT is housed in a TO-220 package, which provides excellent thermal performance and easy mounting on a heatsink for optimized heat dissipation.
