IXDD609SI General Description
The IXDD609SI is a high-speed, dual-channel, high-current, non-inverting gate driver IC designed specifically for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in applications such as motor drives, inverters, and DC-DC converters. It is capable of delivering peak output currents of up to 9A per channel and can operate at frequencies up to 20MHz.This driver IC features an input voltage range of 3V to 18V, making it compatible with a wide range of control signals. It also has integrated under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection to ensure proper operation even in the presence of low input voltages. Additionally, the IXDD609SI has built-in shoot-through protection to prevent shoot-through current in half-bridge or full-bridge configurations.The IXDD609SI is housed in a compact SOIC-16 package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. It also offers a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, ensuring reliability in harsh environments.
