M48T512Y-70PM1 General Description
The M48T512Y-70PM1 is a 512-Kbit (64K x 8) TIMEKEEPER® SRAM with integrated non-volatile clock/calendar. It operates at a voltage range of 4.75V to 5.5V and has a maximum access time of 70 ns. This device features a 114-byte battery-backed SRAM with unlimited write cycles and a 10-year minimum data retention in the absence of power.The M48T512Y-70PM1 also includes a clock/calendar with programmable alarm and 12/24-hour format. It has automatic leap year compensation and power-fail control circuitry. The device is available in a 28-lead SOIC package and is RoHS compliant.This TIMEKEEPER SRAM is designed for applications where data retention is critical, such as industrial automation, network routers, and telecommunications equipment. With its reliable non-volatile memory and integrated clock/calendar functionality, the M48T512Y-70PM1 provides a cost-effective solution for maintaining important data and timing information in various electronic systems
