MC12080DG General Description
The MC12080DG is a versatile prescaler designed for frequency division applications requiring a divide ratio of 10, 20, 40, or 80. With divide ratio control inputs SW1, SW2, and SW3, users can easily select the desired ratio based on their specific requirements. To ensure optimal performance, an external load resistor is needed to terminate the output signal. For instance, using an 820 Ohm resistor is recommended to achieve a 1.2 Vpp output swing when dividing a 1.1 GHz input signal by the minimum ratio of 10
