LM339AM is a quad comparator designed for use in industrial, automotive, and consumer applications. It features four independent voltage comparators with an input common-mode voltage range that includes ground. The LM339AM operates from a single power supply with a wide range of voltages from 2V to 36V.With a response time of 1.3 μs, the LM339AM is capable of swiftly detecting changes in input signals. It has an open-collector output that can directly interface with logic circuits or drive lamps and relays. The open-collector design allows for both wired-OR and wired-AND connections, giving flexibility in system design.The LM339AM has a low input bias current of 25nA, making it an ideal choice for low-power applications. In addition, it has a low output saturation voltage of 250mV at 4mA, ensuring accurate switching levels. The device also has built-in hysteresis to prevent oscillations near the threshold voltage.
