The LMV331IDBVR is a single voltage comparator with an open-drain output. It has a wide input voltage range of 2V to 36V and a low supply current consumption of 85μA. The device comes in a small SOT-23 package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.The LMV331IDBVR features a push-pull output stage with low output saturation voltage, allowing it to drive loads directly. It also has a built-in hysteresis, which helps to prevent output oscillations when the input signal is near the switching threshold.This voltage comparator is designed to operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for automotive and industrial applications. The LMV331IDBVR also has a fast response time, with propagation delays of only 9μs.
