B3100-13-F General Description
The B3100-13-F is a surface mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier diode manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V, a continuous forward current of 3A, and a maximum forward voltage drop of 0.45V at 3A. The B3100-13-F features a low leakage current of 0.5mA, making it suitable for high efficiency applications. It has a fast switching speed of 50ns, making it ideal for high frequency and high efficiency circuits.This diode is housed in a DO-214AC package, with a compact footprint of 2.9mm x 1.7mm.
