MR25H10CDF General Description
The MR25H10CDF is a 1 Mbit serial SPI EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) manufactured by Cypress Semiconductor. It has a voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and operates with a clock frequency of up to 25 MHz. The device is housed in a compact 8-pin SOIC package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.This EEPROM offers high-speed read and write operations, with a maximum write time of only 5 ms. It also features a hardware write protection feature that allows specific memory blocks to be locked to prevent accidental data alteration. The MR25H10CDF has a high endurance of 1 million write cycles per memory location, ensuring long-term data retention and reliability.Furthermore, this EEPROM has a low standby current consumption of only 5 µA, making it ideal for battery-powered applications where power efficiency is critical.
