FAN7382MX General Description
The FAN7382MX is an integrated high-voltage, high-speed gate-driver IC (integrated circuit) designed primarily for driving MOSFETs in high-frequency switching applications such as inverter systems for motor drives, power supplies, and UPS (uninterruptible power supplies). It operates from a high-voltage supply range of up to 600V and can withstand peak currents of up to 2.5A.
