FAN2012MPX is a highly efficient, integrated synchronous buck converter with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 65V. It is designed to deliver up to 2A of continuous output current, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and automotive applications.This device features a proprietary adaptive constant on-time (A-COT) control architecture, which provides excellent transient response and allows for seamless transitions between PWM and PFM modes. It also includes integrated high- and low-side MOSFETs, further simplifying the design process and reducing the overall bill of materials.The FAN2012MPX offers a fixed frequency operation at 600kHz and includes a programmable soft-start function to prevent excessive inrush current during power-up. It also features overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and input undervoltage lockout for added safety and reliability.
