The FAN73711MX is a high-performance, highly integrated, fixed frequency synchronous rectified buck MOSFET gate driver IC designed for high-speed DC/DC converter applications. It is capable of driving a wide range of N-channel power MOSFETs and provides excellent load transient response capability.This gate driver IC features a built-in bootstrap diode and utilizes a proprietary single-pin capacitor sensing technique for adaptive dead-time control.
