EN5311QI is a synchronous step-down DC-DC converter IC, manufactured by Enpirion. The IC features an input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V and a fixed output voltage that can be set between 0.6V and 3.3V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.With a high efficiency of up to 95%, the EN5311QI is designed to deliver a continuous output current of 6A and a peak output current of 8A. It can operate at a switching frequency of 1MHz, allowing for a compact design with smaller external components.The IC also includes features such as soft-start, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage lockout, and thermal shutdown to ensure reliable operation and protection of the system.
