The AT45DB161D-SU is a high-density flash memory chip manufactured by Adesto Technologies. It has a capacity of 16 megabits, organized into 2048 pages of 264 bytes each. The chip operates on a single power supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.6V and has a high-speed SPI interface with clock frequencies up to 66MHz.The AT45DB161D-SU features a flexible erase and program architecture, allowing for both full-chip erase and individual page program operations.
