The TS5A4624DCKR is a high-performance, low-power, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch designed for use in a variety of applications such as audio and data signal routing, signal gating, and portable electronics. This switch features a wide operating voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V, making it suitable for use in both battery-powered and low-voltage applications. It has a low on-state resistance of 2.6 Ohms typical at a 3.3V supply voltage, resulting in minimal signal distortion and power consumption.The TS5A4624DCKR has a low input/output capacitance of 11pF, which helps to maintain signal integrity and reduce signal loss in high-speed data transmission applications. Additionally, it has a fast switching speed of less than 11ns, ensuring that signals are quickly and accurately routed through the switch.This switch is designed to operate in a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for use in harsh environments and industrial applications.
