UPG152TA General Description
UPG152TA is a P-Channel Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistor manufactured by NEC Corporation. It is designed for use in general-purpose switching applications, particularly in power management circuits.This transistor has a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of -30V and a continuous drain current (ID) of -7A, making it suitable for low to medium power applications. The on-state resistance (RDS(on)) of UPG152TA is typically 120mΩ, which enables efficient switching and low power dissipation.The UPG152TA is housed in a TO-220 package, which provides good thermal conductivity and easy mounting on a heatsink for enhanced heat dissipation. It also features a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, allowing for compatibility with a wide range of control circuits.
