UPG2012TK-E2-A General Description
UPG2012TK-E2-A is a surface-mount PIN diode specifically designed for high-frequency applications. It features a low capacitance of 0.2 pF at 50 V, making it suitable for use in various high-frequency circuits such as RF switches, attenuators, and phase shifters.
