TRC101 is a novel, oral formulation of a synthetic fatty acid derivative called citrate. It is being developed by Tarveda Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumor cancers. In preclinical studies, TRC101 has shown promise in penetrating tumors and selectively targeting cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue.
