The HMC510LP5(E) offers exceptional performance as a GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO. With integrated resonators, negative resistance devices, and varactor diodes, this VCO also includes half frequency and divide-by-4 outputs for added versatility. Its phase noise performance remains top-notch across varying conditions such as temperature, shock, and process, thanks to its monolithic structure. Operating at a power output of +13 dBm from a +5V supply voltage, this VCO can also disable certain functions like the prescaler and RF/2 to optimize current consumption when not needed. Packaged in a leadless QFN 5x5 mm surface mount package, the voltage controlled oscillator eliminates the need for external matching components
