TOP269EG General Description
TOP269EG is an integrated Off-Line switcher that combines high-voltage Power MOSFET and control circuitry within a single package. It is designed for universal input mains power supplies and provides a cost-effective solution for applications such as power adapters, LCD monitors, and LED lighting.The TOP269EG features a built-in 725V MOSFET with a high-voltage startup current source to enable reliable start-up under low line conditions. It incorporates a multi-mode PWM/PFM control scheme to maximize efficiency and minimize standby power consumption. The device also includes various protection features such as auto-restart and over-temperature protection to ensure safe and reliable operation.Furthermore, the TOP269EG offers a wide input voltage range from 85VAC to 265VAC and can deliver output power up to 30W.
