TOP412GN is a low-cost, flyback switching regulator controller designed for off-line power conversion. It operates in a single switching power supply making it an ideal choice for AC-DC power supply applications. The TOP412GN integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET and a current mode PWM control to achieve high efficiency and fast transient response. It supports a wide input voltage range of 10V to 30V and delivers an output power of up to 45W. It operates at a fixed frequency of 132kHz and provides a constant voltage and constant current output regulation.This controller offers built-in protection features including overvoltage protection (OVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), and thermal shutdown to ensure safe operation and prevent damage to the system. It also has a built-in soft-start function to reduce inrush current during startup.TOP412GN is housed in a compact 7-pin TO-220 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
