The V275LA20AP is a metal oxide varistor (MOV) designed for surge protection applications. It is a disc-shaped component with a diameter of 20mm and a thickness of 7.5mm. The varistor has a maximum allowable voltage of 275V AC and a peak current rating of 4500A. The V275LA20AP has a clamping voltage of 710V at 1mA and a maximum energy absorption capability of 9J. The varistor is encapsulated in a flame-retardant epoxy coating for added safety and durability. It has a response time of <25ns, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronic devices from voltage spikes and surges.This varistor is RoHS compliant and meets the requirements of UL and CSA certifications.
