ST3232CTR is a dual RS-232 transceiver designed for data transmission in industrial environments. It features a 3V to 5.5V supply voltage range and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for use in harsh conditions. The transceiver supports data rates up to 1Mbps and includes a low-power shutdown mode to conserve energy when not in use.ST3232CTR incorporates a high-speed low-power RS-232 line driver and receiver, which meet EIA/TIA-232 and V.28/V.24 specifications. The device is equipped with internal slew rate control to minimize EMI and reduce reflections on the communication line.
