The RF5110GTR7 is a high-performance, low-power, programmable gain RF amplifier designed for portable wireless communication devices. It operates in the frequency range of 800MHz to 2.5GHz and offers a gain range of 8dB to 18dB, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications.This RF amplifier features an integrated AGC (Automatic Gain Control) circuit to maintain a constant output power level across a wide range of input signals. It has a low noise figure of 1.2dB, ensuring minimal signal degradation during amplification.The RF5110GTR7 is housed in a compact 16-pin QFN package, making it easy to integrate into small form-factor devices.
