The MIC841HYC5-TR is a voltage detector IC manufactured by Microchip Technology. It has a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and a threshold voltage of 4.65V. The device features a low quiescent current of 4.5μA, making it ideal for battery-operated applications where power efficiency is critical.The MIC841HYC5-TR has a precision voltage reference with an accuracy of ±1.5% over the entire temperature range. It also has a built-in delay time of 20ms to prevent false triggering due to voltage fluctuations. The device is housed in a small SOT-23 package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs.
