FAN3100TSX is a gate drive optocoupler designed for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs in high power applications such as motor drives, inverters, and power supplies. It has an integrated isolated gate driver and feedback circuit, providing high noise immunity and protection against voltage transients. The device features a peak output current of 4.5A and a peak output voltage of 35V, making it suitable for driving a wide range of power switches. It has an input threshold voltage of 1.4V, allowing for compatibility with a variety of input signals.In addition, FAN3100TSX has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments.
