The MCP25625-E/ML is a high-speed CAN transceiver that integrates both the physical layer and arbitration logic for Controller Area Network (CAN) communication. It operates at speeds of up to 1 Mbps and is compatible with ISO 11898-2, ISO 11898-5 and SAE J1939 standards.This transceiver features an advanced high-speed CAN physical layer that supports baud rates from 10 Kbps up to 1 Mbps, making it suitable for a wide range of automotive and industrial applications. It includes an integrated voltage regulator and protection circuitry, ensuring robust performance in harsh environments.The MCP25625-E/ML also offers various modes of operation, including Sleep and Standby modes for power savings, as well as Listen Only and Loopback modes for diagnostic and testing purposes.
