SG1532J General Description

The SG1532J is a component of the SG1532 series, featuring a broad input voltage range of 4.5V to 50V. Its low noise, temperature-compensated voltage reference, and current limiting capabilities make it well-suited for precision applications. The device incorporates protective circuits, including thermal shutdown and independent current limiting, to ensure safe and reliable operation. Additionally, the inclusion of a separate remote shutdown terminal adds convenience for controlling the device. Encased in a hermetic 14-pin CERDIP, the SG1532J is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions. With an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, it can reliably perform in extreme temperatures. The open collector output makes it ideal for applications with low input-output differentials. The SG1532J is available with multiple cross-references, such as the 5962-8777001CA and 5962-8777001CX, providing compatibility with various systems
