The LNK603DG is a low power, compact, energy-efficient off-line switcher IC designed for use in power supplies, chargers, and adapters in a wide range of applications. It features an integrated 700 V power MOSFET, on/off control, and a universal input voltage range. The device operates in a flyback or buck-boost topology with an output power of up to 5 W.The LNK603DG incorporates advanced protection features such as thermal shutdown, input undervoltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and hysteretic thermal shutdown. These features ensure safe and reliable operation under various operating conditions.The IC also offers excellent efficiency and low standby power consumption, making it suitable for energy-conscious applications.
