The LNK363PN is a low power, energy-efficient, monolithic offline switcher IC in a 7-pin PDIP package. It is designed to provide an easy to use, compact, and cost-effective solution for various AC-DC power supply applications. This IC incorporates a 700 V power MOSFET, oscillator, simple on/off control scheme, high-voltage switched current source, and current limit circuitry in a single IC. The integrated MOSFET eliminates the need for an external power transistor, reducing component count and system cost. The LNK363PN operates in a power range of up to 3.5 W and efficiently converts AC input voltage to a regulated DC output voltage.
