The LMX2594RHAT is a high-performance, wideband RF synthesizer and PLL with integrated VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator). It operates in frequency range from 10MHz to 15GHz, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications in the communications, radar, and test and measurement industries.This device features a fractional-N PLL with a 36-bit modulus, allowing for precise frequency synthesis with low phase noise and spurious performance.
