The LM321MF is a general-purpose, low power, operational amplifier with a single supply voltage range of 3V to 32V and a wide bandwidth of 1 MHz. It has a low input offset voltage of 2 mV and a low input bias current of 25 nA, making it suitable for precision applications. The LM321MF has a high common-mode rejection ratio of 80 dB and a high open-loop gain of 100 dB.This operational amplifier is designed for use in battery-powered devices, portable instruments, and other low-power applications. It is available in a miniature 8-pin SOIC package, making it easy to integrate into space-constrained designs. The LM321MF features thermal shutdown protection and is stable for gains greater than or equal to 10.
