FAN7380MX General Description
The FAN7380MX is a half-bridge gate driver IC designed for high-speed switching applications in power electronics. It can be used in various power supply and motor control applications. The device features two high-side and two low-side outputs to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. The FAN7380MX also provides under-voltage lockout protection, over-temperature protection, and programmable dead-time control.With a maximum operating voltage of 600V and a peak output current of 2.8A, this driver IC can handle a wide range of power levels. The FAN7380MX is housed in a compact 8-pin SOIC package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs.
