DS1374U-33+ is a low-cost, 33.333kHz I2C real-time clock (RTC) with a programmable square wave output signal. It offers timekeeping with alarm functions, a timestamp feature, and battery backup. The device operates with a voltage range of 2.97V to 5.5V and has a battery backup input to maintain timekeeping during power outages.The DS1374U-33+ has 64 bytes of battery-backed SRAM for data storage, a temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) for accurate timekeeping, and a trickle charge circuit to keep the onboard lithium-ion battery charged. The RTC is accurate to within ±2 minutes per month at room temperature and has a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.The DS1374U-33+ is available in a 8-pin SOIC package and is suitable for various applications such as industrial automation, consumer electronics, and embedded systems where real-time clock functionality is required.
