It has an operating voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V and can handle a maximum continuous current of 225mA. The switch has a low on-resistance of 1.2 ohms at a supply voltage of 2.7V, ensuring minimal signal distortion when passing through the switch.The ADG1406BRUZ is designed for applications requiring high performance and reliable switching, such as battery-powered devices, portable electronics, and communication systems.
