DRV8833PWP General Description
The DRV8833PWP is a dual H-bridge motor driver IC manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is designed to drive two DC motors or one stepper motor with a wide operating voltage range of 2.7V to 10.8V. The device offers a peak output current of 1.5A per channel and features integrated protection mechanisms such as overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, and undervoltage lockout.The DRV8833PWP is housed in a small PowerPAD package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. It can be controlled through a simple PWM signal or a direction signal for each motor, making it easy to interface with microcontrollers or other control circuits. The device also features adjustable current limiting and a sleep mode for power saving in idle states.
