The Diodes AP64500SP-13 Buck Switching Regulator IC is a positive adjustable 0.8V 1 output 5A 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad. This IC is designed to provide a high efficiency, low noise, and low cost solution for a wide range of applications. It features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V, adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to VIN, and a maximum output current of 5A. The AP64500SP-13 also features a low quiescent current of only 10µA, and a high efficiency of up to 95%. Additionally, it has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and is RoHS compliant.
