W25Q128FWSIQ General Description
The W25Q128FWSIQ is a 128Mb (16MB) serial Flash memory from Winbond Electronics. It features a Quad Spi interface, providing fast read speeds of up to 104MHz and a variety of write protection options. The Flash memory has a low power consumption, operating with a voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V, making it suitable for battery-powered devices. The W25Q128FWSIQ also has a deep power-down mode for further power saving.It comes in a small 8-pin package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. The memory supports partial programming and erase, allowing for efficient updates to specific data sections.
