TXS0104EYZTR General Description
The TXS0104EYZTR is a 4-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator with an ultra-small VSSOP package. It is designed to translate between different voltage levels, making it ideal for connecting devices with different logic levels in mixed-voltage systems. The TXS0104EYZTR can operate from 1.2V to 3.6V on the A Port side and from 1.65V to 5.5V on the B Port side, making it compatible with a wide range of devices.This device features a mixed-mode voltage operation and a high-speed operation with a data transmission rate up to 100 Mbps. It also has a latch-up performance to withstand high-voltage transients. The TXS0104EYZTR is suitable for a variety of applications, including data communication interfaces, voltage-level translation in battery-powered systems, and interfacing between devices with different logic levels.
